Sweet, do you know if you can use a windows 7 disc another time? Because I have one that I could let him use and I think it is a 3 time use (atleast I think) which could take 90 dollars off his build for a better CPU or something. Do you think I could use that disc again (It's been used once)

The disk can be used again. You need to have a license key. Most likely, it only came with one activation key. If you do have 3 keys then you will be set.

This a hugely outdated build. The cpu is 2 generations old, you can get 8GB of ram for almost half that price. A 1TB hard drive costs $1 more.All the components are overpriced.
