I got some really good game ideas for Nentendo... but where do I put them!?

Well, 1, the 3Ds proccesor runs on a 32 bit Macintosh. It can only play simple javascript flash games. But they should make Mario Seasons, where there are different seasons with different dangers (Winter, for example, could have freezing temperatures, ice, etc.).

i think nintendo should add minecraft for 3ds. that would be cool.

Much yes.Either 3DS and wii U.In wii U it would look all epic in HD and shiz.And in 3DS it's gonna be 3D and best of all, portable!

Honestly, big gaming companies are more likely to say "we don't accept game ideas given to us from fans" because of the possible copyright suits that could ensue after the person that gave them the idea decides they want a cut of the profit.
Unless you're Valve. Valve wrote it into their Terms of Use that if you give them ideas, which they don't accept, they then own those ideas and you hereby agree to give up rights to those ideas.
