What is your budget? That is a horribly unbalanced computer. You can get much better, even for a prebuilt.

That's really unbalanced. An intel-i7 with a 750ti is a huge bottleneck.
If you want to raise the price:
Try to find a 970, R9 290, or R9280x.
If you want to lower the price:
Change the i7 to an i5.
