Only getting around 30 fps
I am currently getting around only 30 fps and I shouldn't be. My computer isn't the best but I know it should be getting more than that.

Is it a solid 30 FPS, or is it peaking above 30 and dropping below 30 at times?

Sometimes it goes up to around 67 ish but most of the time it stays around 30. I saw a video online where his was peaking around 226 with a gtx 960

That's strange. I need you to do the following:
- List the vsync settings both in Minecraft and in the Nvidia control panel
- List any mods you're running
- List the amount of RAM you've given to Minecraft

try 120 Max frames, and 10 Chunk view. thats what i use and i get around 90-100 fps on a single player world.
