Bumped twice yesterday, limit them to once every 24 hours please. Anyway...
I have a HP Pav G6 with specs a little better than yours and mine works pretty fast. No need for an OC tbh but if you're playing games with the resource usage of minecraft, you're going to get like 70-80 on high graphics with no optifine. It's a pretty good laptop, but I wouldn;t say it's worth anything over like £360. If you've paid more than that then it's not good value for money.

Yeah, it'll run most games on low-med at, ehh, at-least a solid 30 FPS. I'd say about 100-150 FPS on minecraft, maxed out.

Yeah, I can run some games smoothly. Doesn't seem to hit like 130 FPS on max in minecraft though. It reaches about 110 on max.

Thanks so much Pwner!
It's pretty decent from what I can see.

Looks good, but the CPU looks weird. Boost UP to 2.6GHz? Unless it means add 2.6 GHz by OC'ing, then that's not an i7.
I'm pretty sure it means that it can ADD 2.6 GHz, not run up to 2.6 GHz. Because NOTHING good can run on 2.6 GHz.
Anyway, either way, it has an i7 and 10GB total memory (2GB of GPU). That will run games fast, and run other stuff at FANTASTICAL rates.

It means that it boosts up to that, without OC. You can download a program, that lets you boost it. But it's not always about clock speed, it's more about GPU's and a little bit about ram. And notice that this is a laptop, laptop processors have lower clock speeds. And you don't combine Vram and ram together, they are two different things :p.

Thanks for explaining that to him.
Is the GPU okay?
