I'm planning to buy a "ZOTAC GTX970 AMP! Extreme Edition" ([Link] to official specs) soonish.

But I'd really like to know if my 500W bequiet (80+ Gold) PSU would be powerfull enough to handle the zotac and my i5 3570K clocked at 4.2Ghz.
