Running Multiple Operating Systems

Does anyone Know a Program that i can use to Run Multiple Operating Systems
For example
I'm Currently Running Windows 7
But i don't have Access to the Running Files within the Windows System folders
For example C:/Windows/system32
So i want to Boot a second Windows Operating system So i can easily Modify the System files as their unloaded
Also running a Second Operating system on a Separate Directory Will provide a Safe Work space for me to Test Windows Modifications in
So Does Anyone Have any Knowledge of such Program/Software?

Here is a download link for Ubuntu installer. It installs it for you, all you have to do is run it and pick a few settings.

You could download a distro of linux (such as Ubuntu or Linux Mint) then install them on a separate partition that way when you want to go into a different OS you turn off your comp turn it back on then select the other OS instead of Windows 7
