Hey Guys and Girls

Recently well since forever iv'e been putting up with really bad shadow rendering by my Graphics card on games that use DX10ish graphics

Basically when i get close to a mesh all these weird triangles appear on a mesh and well it really annoys me >___<

Ive gone through my Catacalyst Controll Center for my
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4500/5100 Series (drivers are updated)
and found no option that effects this bug
