Is this PC good?
Is this PC good for generally "everyday" casual gaming, editing, browsing, etc?
Here's the specifications for the PC costing just £450 which I think is pretty sweet..
• CPU: Intel (Haswell) i3-4130 3.40GHz Dual-Core Processor
• Graphics: Amd Radeon R7 260X 2048MB Graphics Card DirectX 11.2 Graphics
• RAM: 8GB PC3-12800C9 1600MHz DDR3 Memory (16GB Supported)
• Motherboard: GIGABYTE Intel H81 Chipset Motherboard
• Cooler: Intel Socket 1150 CPU Cooler
• Audio: Onboard High Definition Audio
• Case: BitFenix Comrade Midi Tower Gaming Case
• PSU: 430W Corsair Builder Series 430CX 80PLUS Bronze Power Supply
• Optical Drive: LiteOn DVDRW Dual Layer DVD Rewriter (m-Disk Support) 24x DVD±R
• Hard Drive: 1TB Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6GB/s (SATA-III) Hard Drive
I've never owned anything better than an i5 (on a laptop) or Pentium 4 (on PC) with Intel HD Graphics on both so you can see I do not have any experience in high-technology which is our current generation.
Looking to do everyday browsing with maybe some Minecraft and possibly Medium/High games.. Can it do it?
Note:
No Over-clocking!
No serious gaming!
Do not recommend anything out of the UK.
Cheers!

The i3 you have picked out actually does fairly well on games such as BF4. However, with your budget, you might be able to get better performance out of an AMD CPU for the same price, if not less. If you can save by going with an AMD CPU, you could upgrade your GPU to something a bit better.
Just my thoughts. The build you have should do decent, but you might be able to squeeze a bit more out of your budget by going AMD on the CPU. Just something to consider.

Compared to the fx-6300 the i3 will have more difficultly multi-tasking.

My Pentium 4 can multi-task...
I can't buy anything better since I have a very low budget. I saw some videos and they ran BF4, Crysis 3, NFS at Ultra/Max, 1080P.

I'm not saying the i3 can't multitask, but compared 6300 it will not do as well. Also that rig isn't bad,so get it.

I see what you mean, yeah 6 cores is better... Its just my budget, but I think it'll do for me since I'm not that extreme.

It turns out, the custom build was sold out, so here's some new specs:
• CPU: Intel (Haswell) i3-4130 3.40GHz Dual-Core Processor
• Graphics: Amd Radeon R7 260X 2048MB Graphics Card DirectX 11.2 Graphics
• RAM: 8GB PC3-12800C9 1600MHz DDR3 Memory (16GB Supported)

• Hard Drive: 1TB Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6GB/s (SATA-III) Hard Drive
Its more cheaper though, should I just get it? I'm a casual low-end gamer, want multi-tasking and low-end video editing.

I just watched a few videos running similar specifications playing games like BF4 at high/ultra with full resolutions with a decent framerate. Do I still have anything to worry about? I'm taking it that if it can play BF4 well, it should be able to do everything else.
Even my intel mobile pentium can multi-task which I have owned for more than 7 years.

The fx-6300 is built for multitasking. It has six cores, also I added the evo so you can overclock it if you want. That 4350 is probably going to struggle sooner or later with multitasking.

Alright, I'll take your advice into account, thank you.
I'm still at the edge though, what can the current specifications do?
I'm looking to run minecraft at fancy/far with a decent framerate with those, possibly shaders but if thats too much then just simple minecraft will do. I'm going to multi-task with several browser tabs, PS, word processing, skype, etc. I might just want to also play current gen games just on medium at a decent framerate, (if high, then even better).
I'm just really confident on the current setup I going for, (its just cheap and easy at my situation) and can't believe that it can't do as much as I am describing. :c

I'll just fill this out just for the sake of it.
What is this computer going to be used for?
Casual gaming, editing, browsing.
What is your budget?
£500. (Pound Sterling)
Where do you live? If in the US, do you have a nearby Microcenter?
UK.
What is included in the budget?
Tower only. (PC)
Will you be overclocking?
No. (But maybe something that can be overclocked in the future?)
Will you be reusing any parts?
No.
What OS do you want?
Already have one.
Any specific case preferences?
Don't mind as much. Maybe something can lights up so I can see the inside. (White is nice)
Any other special features that you want in the build?
1 TB of storage atleast, anything else can just be a general PC. (Wifi, etc)

They can but the fx-4350 is already pretty old,and will get destroyed by applications and games very soon. Also the 6300 is 112 USD I believe.

Thanks for the feedback guys, I have another question:
Considerings its just £450, is that set-up worth the price? Considering I'm not going to seriously game all day, maybe just an hour everyday of BF4, Minecraft, NFS and for editing some possibly PS, Vegas Pro, with possibilities of multi-tasking with extra things.
What about the lifespan of such PC? Will it last me a long time without an upgrade, or hardware wear out/damage? I'm not looking to spend another penny after this buy since my budget is just near to £500 on a good PC I want it to be worth every penny so I wouldn't regret my choice afterwards.

Get a fx-6300.

Is it compulsory for everyday usage? It's kinda hard for me to add that, so these current specifications can't do casual everyday editing, browsing, and gaming.

List what you will be doing with your computer.
What is your budget?
Include amount and currency.
Where do you live? If in the US, do you have a nearby Microcenter?
Your country lets us know what sites you can order from. If you have a nearby Microcenter they have some great in-store only deals that you can take advantage of.
What is included in the budget?
Things like the tower, the OS, peripherals and monitors.
Will you be overclocking?
Overclocking will require different hardware than a non-overclocking build so we need to know this.
Will you be reusing any parts?
If you are reusing parts list them here.
What OS do you want?
Say which OS you want or say if you already have a copy of one.
Any specific case preferences?
Size, color, etc.
Any other special features that you want in the build?
Stuff like an SSD, large hard drive, RAID, and wifi

The OP doesn't need this. He has a build and is asking for opinions.

Processor is a little outdated. Maybe go for another one, probably amd. PLEASE NOTE: Do not determine speed of processor based on GHZ. It's a good indicator but also look at the architecture. For example, using intel here, an intel i7-3770 is roughly 5% slower than the haswell version of it, the intel i7 4770. PLEASE NOTE AGAIN: being that ivybridge is better for overclocking you can overclock it enough so it's faster than the intel i7-4770. PLEASE NOTE AGAIN after the previous note: The processors I used as example are far above your price range.

For non-serious gaming, that setup should be fine. The R9 270's specs are good for that price range, and the CPU is not bad either. The PSU is a little lacking for an AMD video card, though, but it they're selling it, it probably performs fine.
And, if you ever change your mind about overclocking, that computer is essentially ready for it. Throw in a better CPU cooler (I assume this is using the stock cooler) and you'd be set.

Um... this one should play at 30-70 FPS on things like Gary's Mod.
