8GB RAM (2x4GB)
1TB Hard drive
AMD w1200, 2GB VRAM
Miscrosoft 7 Home Premium (S1) 64-bit (Already owned)

No. It uses an outdated CPU. the CPU cooler is unnecessary. The RAM is really expensive (you have to pay 90$ up front and rely on 40$ of MIRs). The HDD is slow. 7200RPM is the minimum you want for a main drive. The GPU is a workstation GPU you shouldn't use it for a gaming build. The case is mediocre. The PSU is expensive as well. This will be much better for less.
