Alright, how's this? I know I still have the 780 and it is pricey but I am willing to do it. I would rather have a nVidia card than a Radeon.

Why don't you want the Radeon card? Unless you need CUDA there really is no reason to pay that much extra for a Nvidia card. You can get an r9 290x for around the same price. Also please get a z97 motherboard, they have many new features, are better than Z87 boards for overclocking, and will support 5th Gen Broadwell CPUs when they come out. Do you want an ASUS motherboard? The 840 pro isn't all that much better than and isn't wort paying that much more for over the 840 evo 120gb or the 840 evo 250gb. The PSU you choose is overpriced and you can get better for cheaper/the same price. And change the Windows 8.1 I choose, it's the same thing but 10$ cheaper.
