Upcoming PC
So, I started this new topic to show that I'm probably finally done getting parts for my PC. Thanks to everyone who helped me with it, and hopefully I get it soon. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3agYV

Guess you are right. I didn't change anything, and it went down like 100 bucks overnight. No more of this for me for a while.

Could anyone tell me how good minecraft will run on this just as an example

You will not have any trouble running minecraft with this system, 200+ fps easy. If minecraft is the only game you want to run dont waste this much money on your machine. Also, if you dont plan to buy for a year, you dont really need to be planing a specific build now because parts will have changed so much.

Not getting it for a year? GTX 800 and r5/7/9 300 series gpus will be out then and Broadwell cpus might be out along with other things.

I know, I'm dumb, but I like to get my hopes up.
And by the way, why are you such a computer master? I see you post on like every topic in gaming and technology.

Doing lots of research into various parts, mainly reading lots and lots of reviews. I've been doing this for months and the knowledge just builds up.
As for the rig playing minecraft, it will easily max it out even with shaders. The 4670k/770 will max out pretty much every game now 60fps on ultra (sometimes low/no AA) at 1080p.

If it's a year you're going to wait, there's no point starting this early. New products come out, prices go up and down. Your choice now will be totally different from what it is in a years time. Give yourself about a months advance before purchase to pick out parts.
Good build otherwise, though you're wasting nearly $200 on those peripherals when you could be spending under $50.

The ram changed price. Again. When you do go to order it just get whatever compatible 8 gbs ram kit is cheapest.

Thanks. I probably won't get it for like a year or so, but I'm just planning ahead .
