What prossesor is better?

I am thinking about upgrading the processor in my computer because the one I have now is pretty bad and I don't want to buy a whole new computer. I don't know what one would be better.
Here are the 2 that I am looking at:

What motherboard do you currently have? Either one or both of those CPUs will not be compatible with your current computer.

Definitely the second one. Just make sure its compatible with your computer, since your practically buying a low end pc just for the processor alone.
