Villagers because they have so many uses (trading, auto wheat farms, iron farms, inhabiting towns, etc.)

I think wolves are fun since breeding an army of them is pretty funny.

Funnily enough Wolves and pandas arent peaceful at all.
If its not about them retaliating on you because you hit them, then the iron golem should be there
If its not about violence in general, then wolves and ocelots would not be there, because they hunt sheep and chickens respectively. Cats are implied to hunt animals by the feathers and items it gifts you after you sleep, so it would apply the same way.

Well I'm talking about when you don't hit the mobs and it doesn't count for me with the fact that they attack other mobs for me

That means you forgot iron golems, snow golems, foxes, bees and fish.
The most passive and notable mobs out of those are foxes, bees and fish

iron golems and snow golems attack hostile mobs on sight. idk if that coutns as peaceful or not
