I first started any gaming at all around 2004, when Fable came out (it was my motivation for purchasing my first Xbox). I played it periodically but didn't get into any sort of "daily gaming" until September 2014 when I started playing Minecraft.

Well the first game I personally played was "Grand Theft Auto: London 1969" on the PSOne back in 2000 (when I was four years old), but at the time the other games I owned were Time Crisis, GTA 2, Crash Bash and Spyro: Year of the Dragon

My first game from what I could remember was definitely Jump Start Advanced Preschool back when I was 2 years old (2002), and boy did I play the crap out of it! Though, I played my first real games back at 6 years old (2006) where I got a Nintendo 64 with the original Smash Bros, Ocarina of Time, and Kirby 64 (The Crystal Shards).

The first game I remember playing on a PC was a racing game with really poor graphics. What made it so amazing was because I could make my own track in this sort of "sandbox" where everything was marked with squares. I remember that for each square, you could place a road, a loop, obstacles, a turn, buildings, and all sorts of stuff.
I remember spending hours upon hours creating small courses that I raced my friends on. I would make a course, and then we'd compete to see who could get the fastest lap time. (There was no multiplayer in the game so we had to do it one at a time while the other watched)
But I honestly think the first "Game" I actually got my hands on was Mine Sweeper. Though I never learned how to play it properly, I just clicked on random squares and hoped I would win. Didn't know that there was an actual strategy to the game :'D

Man I can understand your feeling my first game was also a sandbox one, it's kind of like a all rounder sandbox in which you can make all the crazy things
