I would go more for this. The main differences are that this power supply is semi-modular, the RAM is dual channel, and the motherboard is cheaper but comes with a CPU cooler you can overclock with. The video card also has a better cooler IMO.

I wouldn't go with Intel at this price range, you could get much more from overclocking the FX 6300.
