+1 to Randomness3333's build. That GPU will basically run every game at max settings, and an awesome processor too, I've got the same one.

if it was me i would change the storage config to a ssd and a 1tb hdd and also change the graphic card to something newer

You can't play Skyrim or Assassins Creed 4 on the PC parts you picked out. :/ You'd at least need a better graphics.

GTX 460 is actually very good for Skyrim. Not sure about AC4, though.

Skyrim doesn't really need an amazing pc to run really, hence the benchmarks. A common misconception. And yes, get the 770. I currently have a 780, and the 770 will run basically run everything at max.

GTX 760 will do the trick too. That's the card I plan on getting.

You don't need an i7 for gaming because games don't use hyperthreading. You would need a better graphics card than a 460 for gaming.
