I'm the kind of person who will start loads of projects, with huge plans and ideas, but I can never seem to finish any! If I do finish a project, it's usually rushed, smaller than my original plans, or it was a small-ish idea to start with.
This isn't always necessarily a bad thing since I have lots of ideas, but it can be frustrating sometimes.
Does anyone have any ways to help me stay focused on a project rather than just starting new ones?
Also, does anyone have a similar problem?

Wow! Thanks for all the tips! Blocking out distractions is a really good one, I hadn’t thought of that before!

You could try to focus all your idea's into one project. Thats how i've always done it.

My tip is to ALWAYS work on that single project so you can finish it.
You shouldnt help anyone with their projects at this time (it sounds mean but uhm thats what i do when facing this problem, sorry.)

I get where you're coming from, man. This might look hard, but it's easier than it looks. Set your goals to work on one project at a time. Take your time on each project you're working on and take breaks, even if it takes a few weeks or possibly months to finish(don't rush). The more time you invest in the project, the better results you'll get. It might come out better than expected. If you have a variety of ideas that are related to one another, try to place them in one project. :o
