Best time to bump?

What do you guys think is the best time to bump? Sometimes I bump my server and I get a lot of players, and sometimes I get none? What time is the best?

Peak hours is a good tactic but not really useful unless you think about who you want on your server. It's always peak hour for somebody in the world. I generally do three bumps. US, UK and AUS peak times which I aim for about 19:00 local time to do. After school closing hours is a good time but I'm 35 so I leave it a little later for an older crowd.
Hawkstormer has it right though. If you post quality content it'll get viewed without the need for bumping. A project I posted two years ago is still getting daily views and has never been bumped once.

Peak hours are usually the best, so right after school/work gets out, late-ish afternoon, early evening is probably the best time to stick with.

The best time to bump is when you actually have a reason to bump.

I mean time wise? There are times when nobody joins my server when I bump, and sometimes they do.

Say your server is hosted in the UK, bump it at a time people from the UK are awake and will come online - about 5:00. Figure out what time it is in your time zone, and then you'll know when to do the bumpity bump.
