Hello people, I was just wondering what's the point on forums when the creators put 'bump'
I am just waiting for that person to say bump

_TimeParadox_Sounds like a bit of a tryhard thing to do
Not when you're trying to get a thread noticed. If you post it at the wrong hour, it's pretty much dead without bumps.

Yeah, I'm new here (usually on MCForums) and I see "bump" alot when looking thru threads. Sounds like a bit of a tryhard thing to do

I remember there was a forum that only said bump.
It took over a month to get locked.

Basically it's to make it recently updated again.
It's currently allowed only because there's not really a good reason not to have it (and too many good reasons to keep it); the new forums will redefine it as spam, though.
