If a company writes in a terms of service that it can murder your family, and you skipped through it and agreed, can they actualy do so?

Don't worry, they legally cannot do so. We live in such a decent society today that they can't murder someone even though you agreed they can.

Go get educated please. They are not allowed to just break laws because they wrote a ToS that says they will.

Legally they cant even put that in a TOA but they can put all most anything else such as by agreeing to this we own your house and all your income but since your under the age of 18 it doesn't matter you can technically say "I am a minor I didn't have an adult with me" and since your a minor you can`t make your own decisions
