Hey Daniel, I’m sorry to hear that. If it’s happening on a server, then, as others said, report them to that server’s staff. If you’re on Minecraft: Bedrock Edition (the console version), you can click on their player profile in the Pause Menu, and report them from there. If you play Minecraft: Java Edition (for PC), then I suggest chat reporting their messages. I hope this helps, and have a great day!

I solve the situation quite easily and quickly if it happens again. I simply register a new account or simply change the account. To help register new accounts, it helps me to temporary phone number google. This is a great way to make a new account and get rid of this complicated and not simple problem you are facing in this situation.

If they just insult you, just ignore - attention boosts them
If they grief your bases or even kill you - report it to the local staff

And never mention where do you go, then maybe they not be able to track you

I think your first steps should be to simply block and report them.

They can't be following you to other Minecraft servers unless you or someone you told what server you're on has told them.
