Cyprezz is the creator and founder of Planet Minecraft, and has been developing the site for nearly 2 years now. Paril is a person with an advanced knowledge on coding and web development who became a moderator sometime around a year ago. Paril has then ranked and has been doing development and managing PMC for quite a while. So, Paril and Cyprezz are two different people. I've met Cyprezz in person, and I've been in a call with Paril. Paril Lives in Canida, and Cyprezz lives somewhere in the North-East united States.

The blame Paril thing came from back when Paril was a chat moderator. Someone asked him why his name was yellow, and he said that he spilt yellow paint on it. When someone asked another mod the same question the guy that asked the first time said 'Blame Paril'. And that's how it all started.
