I am trying to find some nbt tags online and none of them are working. I copy paste the whole commands. They are not old commands. Did anything change recently?

I highly advise using Misode's Data Pack Generators website for data pack stuff as it gets updated regularly.
For command generation, MCStacker is useful. It also gets quick updates for newer versions of the game.
