The mod in question is a custom variation of CustomNPCs

I believe that's made by KamiWasa. It's not up for download anywhere. All the mods Aphmau and her friends use in her videos are for specifically their videos, nothing else.

Aww, that sucks. Do you know any mods that are similar? I have the More Player Models mod but it just doesn't have enough models.

As far as I know, More Player Models is as close as someone can get.
My friend stumbled upon a video (which can be found here) that, by the title anyways, looks like you can create your own stuff within the mod? I personally haven't looked into it, but other than More Player Models this might be the closest one can find.
