Well you've all seen these before. Give me your ideas for skins or give me your ideas for builds. Well this one's like that but for dumb datapacks!
Most people make these things because they want some good ideas. I'm just here to say "patch good ideas!"

When you break wood it spills lava on you

You can shear cows. They drop 1-3 leather and their brown blotches disappear, regrowing after half an in-game day.

Make it so when fishing with a carrot on a stick, theres a 100% chance of a pufferfish! (reference to pufferfish meme)

You can't actually fish with a carrot on a stick my dude. Though I could apply the carrot on a stick texture to the regular fishing rod and have fishing in general always yield pufferfish
Alternatively I might be able to do it with custom model data, though I'm not sure if it's possible to change the loot tables based on that without changing the usual loot tables. It's something I can look in to though

Every time someone looks at an Enderman it doesn't attack them, but if they don't it will attack them.

Are you meaning that they always attack you even if you don't look at them initially and then stop if you look at them. Are do you mean they go agro only if you look at them but will then stop while you stare at them?

yes, if you don't look at their eyes they'll attack you, but if you stare at their eyes they won't attack you.

As somebody who's defense mechanism for being snuck up on my a creeper consists of:
Step 1: Jump out your skin.
Step 2: Throw your newly crafted diamond pickaxe at it instead of pressing W
Step 3: Get blown up anyway
This would be horrible XD
