How do i delete a rank on PEX? (i'm a noob to PEX)

so on my server we have a rank called trial mod. i need to delete it because we no longer need it and it won't let me promote or demote people from the rank. i need help quick cause i got a donator who is trial mod and i need to make him super vip! please help!

Or not. Are you using PermissionsEX, if so you need to find the trial mod group title in the permissions.yml file and delete it and all its sub categories. Hope this helped.
