How do feature a certain skin of yours on your profile?

I know this may sound a bit dumb,
but while looking for widgets I didn't see any option for gallery features or
"featured skin" where it shows your skin all animated. I've been seeing a few people with this on their profiles,
and I've been wanting to do the same, if anyone knows how to make one,
please do tell and include screenshots if possible!

It works a bit differently from the widgets you know when customizing your profile.
To feature a skin, project or server, you need to go to that specific submission and use the following menu / button.
