How do I download my skin from Minecrafskins?

I made a skin on Minecraftskins.com I want to download the skin to the computer so I can upload it to PMC. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Please also keep in mind that your skins has to follow PMC's Submission Guidelines, else it will be removed and you might get temporarily banned. And we don't want that to happen, do we?
