I love mine cooked medium rare with just salt and pepper. If you cut thin then it makes for really good subs.

I only had a steak for the first time back at a pub near Burnley in July last year. I had it Medium Well and to be honest it just tasted right for me

I'm not a fan of steak, but my boyfriend is, and he would prefer anything that isn't "Well Done."

Depends a bit on the cut (and quality of the meat), New York strip can be served blue, but sirlion tends to be better rare-med rare…
