Im trying to make a server and my port isnt open. Someone tell me how to open a port. NOT PORTFORWARDING. I have a windows 7 laptop

i am trying to portforward my server ip to. my server has many plugins i am just bored of playing alone. anyone who helps gets Co-owner. PM me if you would like to help.

You need to know: Opening a port is a synonym for forwarding one.
