OK, I don't understand tickets!
Can some explain what they are, and how to use them?

Tickets are a place for you to ask our mods questions related to Planet Minecraft or ask a moderator for help with something on Planet Minecraft. They can also be used to submit suggestions on how to make our site better.
Some examples of some things that are frequently submitted as tickets are:
Users needing help recovering a lost or stolen Planet Minecraft account
Username change requests where the desired username is currently taken by another account
Bug reports regarding bugs on our site

Tickets are support tickets, You sent them a ticket and mods/admins/staff will help you

Tickets are basically requesting for staffs help, You send them a ticket and they try to help you
