Is vaping considered as not allowed to post here? (as datapack)

I am soon going to start a small project with vaping in Minecraft because my friends told me to make this for our server and I am not sure if it's allowed to post things like that.
I know the rules and that posts should be family-friendly but I don't know if e-smoking is NSFW or not.

i think it'll be fine as long as the datapack doesn't encourage people to vape, and maybe it'd be cool if it acts as a PSA to tell ppl not to vape
