Seeing as I don't have the option for both, I gotta go with Marvel.
Both have great characters and stories, but both also have terrible characters and stories. It's honestly a stupid debate over which is better imo.

Like, generally? DC's characters, world, and art style is much better, for sure. And they make the better comics.
