My Minecraft Isnt working...

Hi everyone, I recently have been trying to play minecraft because I havent been on in a while and when I loggged in it didnt load, I kept trying but it didnt work, so I deleted everything and cleared the recycling bin too so that there was no more minecraft files and I tried to reinstall it and everytime that I log on it doesnt download and on the screen it will say something like;
"7% minecraft.jar stopped loading" or any other percent... It doesnt download minecraft fully and now I can't play it anymore.

It actually worked? I have never had this problem, so I just guessed.

Try updating Java.

It loaded up to 86% percent and then it stopped, I tried again, however It didnt get past 1%...

Try playing off browser for a little this happens to me a lot and browser always works, and if you like full screen just hold left click and press F11
