I get most of my motivation by (and this is a flaw):
- abandoning a project
- finding it, months later on my hard drive
- picking it back up
- new motivation! :D
so maybe dont fully abandon it, but take some kind of break.
I like to go walking or rollerblading to let the creative juices flow, at least.

what program are you using to make those renders and mods?
For makeing the 3d models and texturing i use Blockbench for everything else such as codeing i just do it right from the .Json file!
so coding is the issue here?
Honestly i have no clue XD but its smth
are your models okay? like no issue or bugs?
We need to understand where is the issue, then we can proceed on working on it

Yea! my models are tip top shape! no bugs at all!

Dear JagdPantherKing131:
Finding the right motivation is hard, especially when working on something that large. I would know, I aspire to be a writer, and it's really hard. To wake up everyday, working on that one thing that takes hours, and you barely see any progress and you're at the point of giving up. And that's just something for me, the fact that you're doing this for someone else, that is an entirely different struggle on its own. But believe me when I tell you, "It is worth it." We struggle so much for just the small things in life, yet we endure it, we face it head on, and the rewards are worth it. When you look at history or even your own life, you can see it everywhere, the best things always start with a dream, the biggest things start small, the best things come from the heart. If this is something that you want to do, that truly comes from your heart, then I know that when you complete it, it is going to be something truly wonderful. I'm not really good at giving motivation or even finding it, but I hope that I gave you something to think about.

o7 Thx for these wise words! =D you have made my day!
The best way to get motivated (at least for me) is get a good nights sleep so you don’t wake up in the morning tired or grumpy
My motivation is gone right now, I don't know what kind of map to make or anything.. However you know what you want to make, so keep at it! Brute force your way to make things work! That's what I usually do.
And also, consider taking a break!
Thank you! so much!
Dear JagdPantherKing131
I hope this letter finds you well. I know that times may feel tough right now, and it might seem like the weight of the world is on your shoulders. It's perfectly okay to feel this way. Everyone has moments when they need a little extra strength and support. I want to remind you that you are not alone.
You matter in this world, and your presence makes a significant difference. Your unique qualities, talents, and experiences contribute to the lives of those around you in ways you might not even realize. You are valued and appreciated more than you know.
Life has a way of testing us, but remember that you have faced challenges before and emerged stronger. You have a resilience within you that is powerful and capable of overcoming any obstacle. Take each day step by step, and remember that small progress is still progress. Celebrate your small victories, for they are stepping stones to greater achievements.
In times of difficulty, it’s important to take care of yourself. Find moments of peace and joy in the things you love, whether it's a walk in nature, a good book, or your favorite music. These moments of self-care can rejuvenate your spirit and provide the strength you need to keep moving forward.
Reach out to those who care about you. It’s okay to lean on friends and family for support. You don’t have to go through this alone. Sharing your thoughts and feelings with others can lighten your load and bring comfort.
Believe in yourself and your abilities. You have faced challenges before and have the strength to face them again. The future holds bright possibilities, and better days are ahead. Stay positive and keep your focus on the good things, no matter how small they may seem.
You are loved, you are important, and your journey is significant. Keep going, one step at a time. You have the power to create a beautiful and fulfilling life.
With all my support and encouragement,
DoreoTheOreo

Taking a break for a few days to help your mental health would be smart, and then you can come right back to it and *probably* have more motivation to figure things out :) (And not just sit in the editor like I do)
well o7 to you and thx for the kind words!
Good luck bro you can do it !!!

a while ago i asked one of my freinds on the comment of his bow 2 ak47 texture if one day we could make a 3d one and way way way way way way way way way way later somewon commented on it saying When will this Be Done?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! and from their i had to work on it and it would not be so bad if the guy that wants it does not stop pushing me DX its an insane amount of work to code smth and 3d model it and texture it and test it over and over and over and over again until you get the best results and i dont think the person understands that.....
Sorry… I’ve been told I can be Impatient.
its ok im just going through a bit of a tough time and i get frustrated more easy right now i am also sick.... hopefully i get better soon =D
I just got done being sick… not the greatest time
yea and when you add problems IRL too it makes things even more interesting DX
Do you use blockbench?
Yea i do! and that makes things a bit more easy but still a huge pain to get le codeing done for mc bedrock
i do my 3d models on java
yea java 3d modeling is better and easier becase it has more plugins and such to make cool things with =D
You got this man, but id advise you just take a week off the project or something. Who knows, when you look at it with fresh eyes you might figure some stuff out
thank you!
If I was in your place, I would have had a rest, relaxed, and then thought about it, about all the possible solutions I could take in this situation, and went back to work with a new plan, good luck!
Thank you! for le advice!
You might try switching to another project for a bit… or exploiting one of the 'failures' to make something useful/interesting [Remember Persson got the creeper model from a failed attempt at a pigmen.]
o7 and i think i might just take a total break for a bit XD im getting sick.... DX
Sometimes taking a little break from work can be a good way to clear your mind a little.
indeed =D thank you o7

Voting on what I say isn't enough. I want to tell you with my words that things can get better.
I'm going through the same thing. One of my projects is so massive and ambitious that I'm not able to upload anything else. As for your project, it may be annoying to get through, but remember how worth while it will be when it's finished. You know the kind of effort you've put into it. You need to be pushed to have growth. And when it's all said and done, you'll have a rare, amazing project that you wouldn't be able to make without the effort you put in.

I'm so sorry you're feeling this way. It's incredibly tough to pour your heart and soul into a project only to hit wall after wall. But remember this: you've already accomplished something incredible by dedicating over 70 hours to it. That shows passion, perseverance, and creativity—qualities not everyone has.
Focus on progress, not perfection It might feel like nothing is working, but you've already made incredible progress by building, testing, and creating 3D models and textures. These are skills and steps most people never take. Celebrate the small wins. They're proof you're capable.
and
Think of how many inventors, artists, and developers had to endure failure after failure before finding success. Thomas Edison said it best:
"I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work."

To be honest, I also lack motivation despite the fact that I have many ideas for creating maps related to my lore. When I started building them, I often ran out of motivation and abandoned my projects halfway through.
the only major project that i had enough motivation for was Castle Monströserstein which i published two months ago since then i tried to start new projects but i gave up halfway through at the moment i have taken up map creation again and i hope that this time i will succeed
