Lol if I even use a mousepad, it's one of the promotional ones my dad gets at conferences.
There are quite a few things you should spend a lot on for a computer, but a mousepad isn't one of them.

Buy a cheap mousepad. Print a picture of your skin.
Tape picture to mousepad.
I have absolutely no idea why you'd want to spend the extra money just to have a picture on it. You do realize how little time you spend looking at your mousepad? In my opinion, you should never have to pay more than $5-$8 for a mousepad. If I'm paying upwards of $10, I want it to come with a wrist rest.
If you're convinced however, I found this site that allows you to add a custom image to your mousepad. Googling "custom mousepad" helped a lot.

*Mouse
You probably have to find a website to do it, or you could send a picture to a mouse mat printing place.
But anyway, Don't get your skin on a mouse mat, when you eventually change your skin you will hate the mouse mat
