From what I can tell from the names you thought up, you're making an anarchy-based server. Those servers aren't bad if run right, but if done wrong, it can become annoying to players who are new and they get killed at spawn or even worse, killed by hackers (especially if they kill the server and the internet).
If you're going for a more anarchistic server, I'd say the perfect name would be Freedom is Minecraft because it's a pun on the phrase "Freedom is mine" and "Minecraft." It's quite a zinger, don't you think?
If you want a name for a semi-anarchistic server, however, I think "True Democracy Land" seems pretty clever for a server like that. :P
