What other games do you play often? Outside Minecraft? Are you a minecraft addict or just someone with a good taste playing what makes him feel joyful. Oh, And also provide the other games you play. Who knows? I could start playing them too.

I don't really play the game. I was very invested when I was a teenager though. I'm more of a Terraria / Stardew Valley, BoTW / ToTK person now.
Whatever floats your boat. I get bored of minecraft and leave it for a few months, Sometimes a year. Depends on my mood.
I used to play so many other games, but then I realized that they just got me too angry and irritable so I just started playing laid back games (A lot of minecraft) and it stuck.
I don't know why I get hooked to hard/Irritating games. But If I play more than an hour on one. I must 100% it.
In general Im definitely a survival/rpg gamer. Some games I like are Skyrim, Green Hell, Stardew Valley, Fallout. Those types. Occasionally though I do play games like Super Animal Royal or Planet Zoo. I also really like batman so Ive played a few Arkham games and I love the Telltale series, and, speaking of interactive games I LOVE Until Dawn and The Quarry despite not playing either(I cant play horror games but I can watch people play them lol).
I don't think I play too many horror games. The original reason was that a lot of them required good graphics. Which I didn't have at the time. But yeah watching horror games is really fun (sometimes more fun than playing it) when you are with the right guys/Watching the right creators.
But for credit, I have played the older silent hill games. Mostly Silent hill One, Three and four. And I can't think of any others since that was a while ago T-T

I'm a true Minecraft player, I only play Minecraft and Minecraft Dungeons on PC :D

Minecraft does certain things very well, but others poorly [Basic fact of engineering, trying to be all things to all people results in a bloated mess that satifies none. (One of the reasons I widh MS/Mj would quit with the RPG stuff and play their long sandbox suit.)]
Well not every game has to be similar to minecraft in its sandbox aspects. I do get bored of just the freedom the world gives you sometimes. But I do see your point.
