Plugin that upgrades ranks with Votes?

Im trying to give players a chance to earn ranks by voting for the server, but so far i havent come accross any that do it.

Rankup and a vote plugin that allows permissions added when players vote. Have the vote plugin give custom perms like myserver.voted24times. Set rankup to require that perm for a rankup.
