I'm a little confused, the instructions are quite vague on the requirements and restrictions.
The example 4301100100 has 5 zeros, 3 ones, 1 three and 1 four, but that is not the right answer because according to the rules the number on the first place must indicate how many zeros are in the number. That number is 4 but there are 5 zeros. Moreover the number on the 8th place must indicate how many sevens are in the number. That number is 1 but there are no sevens. All the other digits are correct. For example the second digit that must indicate how many ones are in the number is 3 and there are indeed three ones. If you are still confused or if I wasn’t clear enough let me know.
