If you mean how a cat is called, then: gatto.
If you mean how to make cat come to you, then: "Tè mucì" (with the u pronounced as ou in you, c as sh in share and ì pronounced as i in bit)
Tè = tieni (questo) = take (this); mucì -abbreviation of muciddu- = gatto = cat
Basically saying "Tè mucì" means you are tempting a cat into coming to you, as if you were to give it some food.
