In my opinion, Planet Minecraft is a much better website than Skindex, and I could go on for ages on why its a better site.
Unfortunately, Skindex owns the domain name "minecraftskins.com", and is the first result when you search minecraft skins into any engine.
So if you make skins that skindex supports, it may be worth posting there as well
