SkinCraft + Novaskin, why are they banned?

I noticed that for every skin contest there is on here, the staff ban SkinCraft and NovaSkin, 2 of my most favorite skin-making sites (well, the only ones I use, really), and I'm wondering why you, the staff (or whoever creates the contests), ban them from every skin contest.

I never use pre made parts and all my skins got removed

You are aloud to use novaskin/skincraft for contests as long as there is no part-picking involved atleast that was what I was told by a moderator.

not sure about SkinCraft, but with NovaSkin you can use parts of other people's skins, and that is against the rules 'cos it's not your own work.
Personally, I'd recommend MCskin3D.
