I do say, HTML coding is not a language, its a markup. Also, if you are looking for people who can code java, that means you would like then to code plugins as such, then, if they are not getting paid, to me, I like to be paid for my work, i dont do anything for free. Dont ask us, think about what you want, and search around for what others are paying their staff, then go from their. I honestly dont have time to stay and chat.

Most Java developers I know (including me) usually work for paying clients. If you need a developer, offer a small reward, the staff (Moderators, etc) usually don't get paid though.

That's something not good to say if your starting a company.
