I hate them don't you they will join your server ask then leave if they don't get It. They don't even bother checking out the server from what i learned as a server owner I've seen this hackers, Greifers, little dumb kids(Not everybody!), or people just blatantly not interested In the server but rather being called staff. And the worst thing Is It feels like that's the only kind of players out there. I just would like to vent all that out

I can't agree more. I am not a server owner either, and I don't ask via these types of posts, but seeing threads like this on the forum just annoy me.

I am not a server owner nor did I ask for staff at one point. But I think you should add in your list of rules that you can only ask to be staff if you like played the Sever For about 2 months and is active.

Generally, if anyone EVER asks me for staff I say no. I ban them if it's the first thing they say, but if they ask for it later I'll say no.
If I need staff, I'll pick someone myself, but generally you don't need 15 moderators for a 20 player server. 1 mod/admin per 10 players is more than enough.

Every single person who asks for staff when joining my server leaves within 10 seconds.
Because I ban them for it.
Anyone who wants staff the moment they join are only there to break stuff. Ban them, the more servers that do it the better the message gets across.
(By the way, as a tip, the "edit" button exists. I'm using it right now - might save you in the future when people claim you are commenting on your own post to bump)
