Story: Its many years later and the other justice league didn't want to fight crime anymore. So they looked through there family tree and saw some family they can use to help. (Can not have Superman has a relative since his planet blowed up.)

Power: Is almost as fast as The Flash and the symbol of a lightning rod can shoot
electricity.
Gadgets: The Lightning rods on his mask act like boomerangs.

How are you related to: He is Speedstar's great great grandpa and cousin of Lightning.
Backstory: His Dad was a racer and one day at one of his fathers races his instruments failed him. Unable to control the race car his Dad was about to crash but
George Johnson (real name and Speedstar) jumped in front of the car trying to stop it. The engine somehow merged with his body and gave him super speed powers.
His father did die in the crash and his mother had a heart attack 5 days later and so
George grew up alone in an orphanage and got into many fights giving him some skills to fight. He was soon taken in by The Flash and he trained him.
