Yes, this is a virus. The virus itself generally manifests as a popup that will re-occur even more after it's installed. Do scans, use MalwareBytes/Spybot/whatever you have to try to get rid of it.

If it occurs only on one specific site, that sites' ad manager needs to be contacted to get rid of it.

Yes, I am getting this, it's totally annoying (it doesn't even give you a choice whether to go there or not), and since I use mikumikudance...download alot of things for that, I'm guessing it came from a file I downloaded for that. I don't know how to fix it though D:

whats your problem?? you said you might have a virus but then you just spoke about a website, if there is something on your computer that is taking you to that website you probably have a virus or malicious program installed
