This week I started my biggest project in minecraft ever! It's a map that seemed to me too hard and that it would take forever to finish, but once it's completed it's gonna be amazing. I want it to be really professionally made, like the builds I used to see pictures of and thought that I would never be that good. Every time I build a structure in the map I have to break it because it doesn't look good enough and then rebuild it.. and then break it again. This process takes on for hours until it finally looks perfect. I do that for every single thing on the map no matter how small it is. I have to say that I am very happy by the current result and that I really didn't know that I could build something like this and I want to inspire all of you to try and do the same thing! Make something that you think it's too hard for you!

Thanks!
Ive been planning to play one of your maps for a while now. Hope i can get to it soon :)
Cool! Glad to hear it
Exactly the thing I’ve been doing for the past years on one map. But I’ve been gaining momentum over time. Some parts of the map I want to look extra extra special. But because of the pressure i put on myself for those spots i tend to procrastinate on them a lot. Do you also have this happen to you? And so yes, do you have any ways around it?
The main way I deal with this is to just work up to the area from a different direction, which is kinda still procrastinating 😅.
Glad to see im not the only one who jumped into a massive project, fully knowing its actually a little bit too big. But i have faith in us :)

Unfortunately I don't have a way around it. I procrastinate a lot too. Good luck with your project!
For one of my maps, I built a 50x50 block version of it to try and figure out the aesthetic of it.
