My Votifer is not Working!!!!!!!

I am using Bukkit 1.2.5 R3.0, with over 25+ Plugins.
When ever someone trys to vote i get this in console:

i preffer: flatfilelistener (creates a list of voters)
WerrisExecuteCommandListener (broadcast the vote in chat)

When your ports are correct and the public key:
Check your listeners,mostly they causes problems.
